研究领域和兴趣

      金属有机化学;有机化学

研究前过渡金属和稀土金属的配位化学和有机化学,致力于低价前过渡金属配合物和多核金属配合物合成、结构和反应性开发,探索惰性小分子的活化和转化,结合有机、光、电化学方法发展温和条件下惰性小分子催化转化反应,如氮气的催化还原转化为氨等。
